He advises domestic and international capital groups on regulatory compliance and commercial contracting, helping businesses navigate complex legal requirements in a practical and commercially sound way.
His practice focuses in particular on antitrust law, including merger control and prohibited agreements; the defence and dual-use sector, including sector-specific permits, licences, regulatory assessments and classified information; international trade compliance, with particular emphasis on international sanctions; the energy and renewables sector, including licences and promissory licences, sector-specific support schemes and energy market agreements such as cPPAs; and debt financing, including credit and loan agreements, refinancing and security arrangements. He also provides ongoing support to businesses in day-to-day operational matters and in the negotiation of commercial contracts.
He supports clients both in day-to-day operational decisions and in development, investment and financing projects, where identifying legal and business risks at an early stage is essential.
He regularly speaks at industry events, particularly on matters related to the defence and dual-use sector and international sanctions, and delivers tailored training programmes for businesses. He is also the author of numerous articles published in the national press.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław and also studied at Radboud University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
He is fluent in English.
In his free time he reads fantasy literature, experiments in the kitchen and polishes skills on the football field.
