At OW, we work in a hybrid way.
We have offices in the centers of large cities and we like to meet in them. Why? Because in our daily work we work cross-team and interdisciplinary, using shared experience and resources. We exchange knowledge, share work and tasks. Live meetings allow us to get to know each other better, spontaneously exchange ideas and build relationships that strengthen cooperation throughout the organization.
The OW Group also has business support teams, i.e. Assistant, Secretariat and Marketing&BD, among others. As a result, all internal processes run smoothly, and client teams can focus on delivering top-quality services to the business.

Depending on the specifics of the process, the meeting may include both your future supervisor and a person or several from the team you will potentially join. There is also always a recruiter present during the meeting, with whom you will remain in contact throughout the process. He or she will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have, including between meetings.

At OW, we love animals! We extend love not only to our pets, as we are also committed to helping (including pro bono) animals that rely on humans for help.
How else do we help? For example, by building playgrounds and enclosures for animals. We are happy to contribute to campaigns such as the Noble Pack or Shoebox. We also try to support the community in emergency situations, such as flooding.

Yes! We believe in young talents and support them in taking their first professional steps. We regularly appear at job and internship fairs, and work with student organizations to organize events, conferences and workshops.
Many of our employees joined us after winning legal and tax knowledge competitions or as part of their internships, and today... they make up OW's management team!
