He specializes in providing legal advice related to the day-to-day operation of large capital companies (including the automotive and energy industries) – in particular in the field of economic law, capital markets, energy and competition and consumer protection law.
He has extensive experience in developing and implementing internal regulations, including at the level of compliance procedures and the GDPR, as well as in standardizing specialist contractual relations.
He has repeatedly represented Clients in court disputes in the area of labour law and contractual relations. He also advises in administrative proceedings – including those before the Energy Regulatory Office.
He participates in numerous investment processes, in particular in the field of energy (broadly defined RES), entry and development of foreign entities on the Polish market, as well as M&A. Author of articles in the national press; he also regularly publishes on the legal newsletter.
Participant of conferences and trainings on energy law and competition protection.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. He also studied at Radboud University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
He is fluent in English.
In his free time he reads fantasy literature, experiments in the kitchen and polishes skills on the football field.
