Wojciech specializes in tax law, in particular income tax issues. He has many years of experience in advising large enterprises as well as individual investors and entrepreneurs. He advises international capital groups and public companies.
He has been cooperating with OW since 2009 where he has carried out numerous restructuring and due diligence projects. He represents clients in tax inspections and proceedings. He deals with tax planning, tax settlements of entrepreneurs operating in special economic zones, and issues of international tax law. He heads a team of experts in the field of CIT, international taxation, MDR and excise tax.
He is a co-author of legal tech solutions developed by OW, including MDRnow and the standard audit file.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. Scholar at University of Glamorgan Wales.
He is fluent in English.
He devotes his private time to his family and music.
