She has provided services for investments that are strategic from the point of view of Poland and the European Commission, taking an active part in obtaining public aid packages (cash grant, SEZ, support decisions, real estate tax exemptions, funding agreements) for several dozen entrepreneurs.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Wrocław, studied at the University of Köln and graduated from the School of German Law in cooperation with the Humbolt University in Berlin. She completed her doctoral studies at the Department of Economic and Commercial Law at the University of Wrocław.
In the international ranking The Legal 500 she was awarded the title of Recommended lawyer in the field of Public law in 2019 and in the field of Capital markets in 2021 and 2022.
Magdalena won a case before the Provincial Administrative Court and then the Supreme Administrative Court concerning the taxation of a manager’s shares. In 2021, the case was highlighted in the 15th ranking of Rzeczpospolita as a precedent-setting ruling on a national scale.
