She successfully combines project work with dedicated customer service. She combines legal expertise with strong tax and state aid competence, which enables her to provide comprehensive service within complex and multi-faceted projects, while ensuring the highest standard of compliance.

She specialises in public aid. She has provided services for investments that are strategic from the point of view of Poland and the European Commission, taking an active part in obtaining public aid packages (cash grant, SEZ, support decisions, real estate tax exemptions, funding agreements) for several dozen entrepreneurs.

She creates policies of IR reporting standards under the MAR. She has participated in multi-level projects of acquisition of listed entities, private subscriptions, bond issues, delisting options or squeeze out. She is responsible for creating remuneration policies for many issuers and has experience in both conceptual advice and legal and tax implementation of various forms of incentive schemes (issue of subscription warrants, stock options, buy-back, derivative financial instruments, options based on target capital or use, of property rights).

She successfully conducts tax litigation, representing Clients (both private individuals and corporations) in customs, tax and administrative proceedings.

Speaker and participant at many conferences, including those organised in cooperation with the Polish Association of Listed Companies, the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology, the German-Polish Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PFR Group).

Author of specialist publications, including scientific ones.

She supervises the work of a team of several specialists. She is fluent in German and speaks English.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Wrocław, studied at the University of Köln and graduated from the School of German Law in cooperation with the Humbolt University in Berlin. She completed her doctoral studies at the Department of Economic and Commercial Law at the University of Wrocław.

In the international ranking The Legal 500  she was awarded the title of Recommended lawyer in the field of Public law.
