She has extensive experience in restructuring projects (transformation, mergers, divisions) and capital markets.
On a daily basis she provides comprehensive legal services, in particular to business entities from the automotive, e-commerce and IT sectors, including listed companies and capital groups. She supports the day-to-day activities of Management Boards and Supervisory Boards.
Magdalena took part in the preparation of the issue prospectus, advises on the disclosure obligations of issuers and the creation of Best Practices for WSE Listed Companies. She comprehensively advises on the implementation of regulations concerning audit committees in public companies.
She supports entrepreneurs in fulfilling their electronic duties (verifying and reporting beneficial owners in the Central Register of Beneficial Owners, preparing and submitting documents related to the closure of the financial year and implementation of e-delivery). Propagator of the paperless idea. She helps clients digitize documentation related to their current operations.
Magdalena is a speaker at regional conferences organized by the Polish Association of Listed Companies. She cooperates with the Polish-German Chamber of Commerce, leading events for Silesian entrepreneurs.
She has 10 years of professional experience, and since 2014 she has been associated with OW.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia.
She also advises in English.
In her free time she travels looking for culinary inspirations, plays piano and guitar.
In the international ranking of The Legal 500 she was awarded the title of Recommended lawyer in the Capital markets and Commercial, corporate and M&A fields.
