Since 2005, she has co-created Olesiński & Wspólnicy, currently she heads the office in Warsaw.

She advises in the area of law and taxes. She combines day-to-day consulting with a specialisation in the field of state aid.

She perceives herself as an adviser, not just a lawyer, a role which she manages to perform effectively.

During her professional career, she has advised on projects of strategic importance for Poland, comprehensively supporting investors in their new ventures in this country. She has also participated in many projects to obtain, change or terminate permits in business zones and in proceedings involving the European Commission. She has assisted in public aid audits, both by the Ministry, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the National Centre for Research and Development, the Economic Zones, the Supreme Chamber of Control, and the European Commission. She has supported many entrepreneurs in their settlements of projects receiving EU funding.

With equal commitment, she carries out multi-stage projects concerning the key investments of foreign entities in Poland, and daily tasks for Clients, whom she has assisted for for several years.

She specializes in comprehensive consulting on new investments, starting from feasibility studies to obtaining funding and shaping all internal regulations. She has extensive experience in issues related to public aid audits, obtaining funding for innovative activities, including the creation of the Research and Development Centre. She has also successfully conducted administrative proceedings and construction projects as well as court disputes related to such projects.

She successfully completed her court internship and then obtained the title of an attorney at law. Since 2013, she has been listed as a mediator of the Supreme Bar Council. She is a doctoral student at the Polish Academy of Sciences. Privately, she is the mother of two boys.

In the international ranking The Legal 500, she was awarded the title of Recommended lawyer in the field of Public law.
