For a number of years Andrzej Łobodziński has advised foreign clients starting and developing their business in Poland.
He believes that a good advisor is above all a partner, offering comprehensive support to clients in the development of their business by combining broad knowledge of many areas of law and taxes with specialist competences, which is reflected in his areas of practice.
Andrzej combines advisory services with a specialisation in Global Mobility and Immigration Law (expert in legal and tax aspects of cross-border provision of labour and services) and special economic zones.
At O&W he is also responsible for the growth of the German Desk. He works closely with the German-Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry and associated foreign law firms, among other organizations.
Andrzej supports clients in strategic investment projects (concerning such aspects as entering the Polish market, as well as starting and expanding operations in special economic zones and shaping an optimal legal and tax structure), as well as in restructuring projects (with particular emphasis on taxation aspects) and on day-to-day legal issues (particularly in the area of commercial/corporate and labour law).
He has coordinated numerous projects regarding obtaining, amending, and expiration of zone permits and support decisions. He has also provided comprehensive support to clients in mergers and acquisitions (at both the due diligence and transaction stages).
Andrzej has appeared as a speaker at numerous conferences and seminars on posting of workers and cross-border provision of work and services.
He also provides advisory services in German and English.
In the international ranking The Legal 500, Andrzej Łobodziński was awarded the title of Recommended lawyer in the field of Public law.
Privately, he is a proud father, owner of three adopted cats, and enthusiast of individual sports.
