Weronika specialises in broadly defined labour law and provides legal assistance to large and medium-sized enterprises. She has extensive experience advising companies in the manufacturing sector, as well as representing entities from the banking sector in court disputes.
Weronika specialises in comprehensive support for employers, in particular in the manufacturing and commercial sectors, in the areas of individual and collective labour law, ongoing HR matters, and employment compliance. In her practice to date, she has also advised financial institutions in disputes concerning loans indexed to foreign currencies. She has represented banks in court proceedings concerning Swiss franc loan agreements, participating in the development of litigation strategies and in the handling of court disputes. She has experience in providing ongoing legal advice to enterprises operating in an international environment, covering both labour law issues and broadly understood commercial law matters.
A graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She also completed postgraduate studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (Akademia Spółek programme) and postgraduate studies in labour law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
A member of the District Bar Council in Katowice.
She also provides advice in English.
In her free time, she travels, plays tennis, and skis.
