Lawyer with many years of experience, member of the criminal law and compliance team. Defence attorney, attorney for victims in criminal proceedings and certified compliance officer.
On a daily basis, he defends clients accused of crimes and represents victims during activities before law enforcement agencies and the court. His practice focuses on economic crime, acts of unfair competition and crimes committed on the Internet. Defends in criminal and drug cases.
He was a member of the team coordinating and executing defences for defendants in hundreds of concurrent criminal and administrative cases involving gambling.
He regularly prepares Open Source Intelligence for his clients and in connection with ongoing investigations. Author and co-author of a number of training courses, including the areas of litigation, business confidentiality, unfair competition acts and anti-corruption.
He began his adventure at OW in the construction law team, supporting foreign investors in the implementation of the largest private investments in Poland, and in the team for cross-border projects involving European jurisdictions.
Advises, provides training and prepares documents in English. In his daily practice, he successfully applies his understanding of business and knowledge of finance.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He completed postgraduate studies in Compliance in Organisations at the Poznań University of Economics. Listed on the National List of Auditors, Controllers and Related Specialties, maintained by the Polish Institute of Internal Control.
He engages in pro bono activities. Represents organisations protecting animal rights, acting as subsidiary prosecutors in cases involving animal violations, animal abuse and animal killing.
As an active defence attorney and attorney in ex officio cases, he provides representation and legal assistance to people in financial or life difficulties.
In his free time, he likes to read, train Brazilian jiu jitsu, and learn German.
