Member of the German Desk team, which provides services to German-speaking clients. She has successfully introduced investors with foreign capital to the market and assisted them in setting up operations in Poland. Her assistance has included strategic advice on the selection of an appropriate structure and the shaping of future operations.
Sandra has extensive experience in providing day-to-day support to entrepreneurs, particularly large companies in the automotive industry. On a daily basis, she advises clients primarily in the areas of business law, commercial law, civil law or labour law.
She provides comprehensive corporate services to capital companies. As part of shaping corporate governance, she develops and implements internal regulations. She advises, among other things, on the liability of members of company bodies – in this area, she also provides training for management and supervisory boards.
Sandra often supports entrepreneurs in negotiating (including representing clients during negotiations) and executing contracts commonly used in business transactions. Her experience includes support in various disputes with contractors and inspections by authorities such as trade inspections, among others.
Moreover, she is an expert in the field of state aid and supports entrepreneurs in current issues in this regard. She advises her clients on matters related to obtaining aid (in particular in the area of income tax exemption for the implementation of new projects) and using it. She has supported the decision-making processes of numerous investment projects related to applying for permits to conduct business activities in special economic zones and participated in numerous administrative and court proceedings concerning state aid.
Sandra graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Wroclaw. During her studies, she gained valuable professional experience through an internship in a foreign law firm. She also graduated from the School of German Law operating within the Law Faculty of the Humboldt University in Berlin. She served her legal training at the Bar Association in Wroclaw. She has been associated with the OW since 2016.
She is fluent in German.
In her free time, she relaxes with music or a good movie.
