For more than a dozen years, Olga has headed an environmental law practice. Olga supports the real estate and construction law team. She has conducted numerous legal analyses concerning the environmental impact of business operations and the legal status of real estate, with particular emphasis on environmental issues and their effect on planned investments. She has participated in projects involving industrial, residential and hotel developments, as well as construction processes, both at the conceptual and implementation stages.
On a day-to-day basis, she advises businesses entering the Polish market on identifying and fulfilling their legal obligations. She also supports entities that have an impact on the environment and operate across various industrial and service sectors in relation to their ongoing activities. She participates in projects involving the introduction of new products to the market and advises on adapting existing product offerings to changing regulations. She supports clients in meeting their obligations under CBAM, EUDR and PPWR.
In ESG and sustainability projects, she manages the environmental area. She assists businesses with environmental impact identification analyses and the preparation of non-financial reports in the “E” (Environmental) area.
She is a lecturer for the elective course “Environmental Protection Law” at the Faculty of Law of SWPS University. She has taught postgraduate courses in “Chemical Safety Management” conducted by the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. She is also a trainer in the field of environmental protection.
Since 2021, she has been regularly recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in the international The Legal 500 ranking in the Real Estate and Construction categories. In 2025 and 2026, she was distinguished as a Leading Partner in the field of Construction in The Legal 500 ranking. In 2026, she was recognised as a Leading Lawyer in the Environmental Protection Law category in the Rzeczpospolita Law Firms Ranking.
She graduated in law from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in environmental protection law at the University of Wrocław. She is also a graduate of the Centre for English and European Law. She provides legal advice in English as well.
