Marta specializes in projects related to state aid for new investments, covering both the investment planning stage and the use of available support instruments. In her work, she combines legal and tax perspectives, enabling her to comprehensively assess the implications of planned business activities and to propose solutions that meet both regulatory requirements and clients’ business objectives.
On a daily basis, she supports entrepreneurs in executing investment projects and in making use of state aid instruments. She also advises employers on ongoing civil law and labour law matters, and supports clients in conducting internal proceedings as well as in building and improving compliance systems.
Her approach is grounded in 15 years of experience in tax and transaction advisory, gained in international advisory firms and through cooperation with management boards and legal and tax teams of multinational corporate groups. Thanks to experience gained both in advisory roles and on the business side, she has a strong understanding of entrepreneurs’ decision-making processes and the practical aspects of project implementation.
Marta graduated in law from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, where she continued her education in doctoral studies in international tax law. She also studied at the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and completed a one-year research fellowship at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria). She is the author of domestic and international publications primarily devoted to international tax law. She is a legal counsel admitted to the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław. She also provides advice in English.
In her free time, she most enjoys escaping into nature with her family, with plant and bird atlases at hand. At home, she hunts for vintage treasures and plans further interior transformations.
