Konrad is responsible for legal issues related to state aid. He supports Polish and foreign entrepreneurs in their day-to-day operations (including corporate law), with particular emphasis on entities from the German-speaking area conducting business in Poland.
He co-creates the O&W German Desk. Konrad advises entrepreneurs on identifying and acquiring available investment funds as well as fulfilling obligations related to public aid matters. He has supported clients in applying for public aid in the form of a decision on support (tax exemption) and a government grant (subsidy).
Konrad has experience in the field of commercial law, including the preparation of draft agreements used in business transactions. He supports clients in civil and administrative court disputes – including those concerning tax exemptions for entrepreneurs and debt collection.
In his professional career, he has provided legal advisory services to large and medium-sized entrepreneurs, including those from the automotive industry.
A graduate of law studies at the University of Gdańsk and the University of Cologne (LL.M.). He also studied for a year at the University of Heidelberg within the Erasmus programme.
He advises in German and English.
