Izabela is the Manager of the Marketing & PR team at Olesiński i Wspólnicy. The Chartered Institute of Marketing Associate Member. An expert with 10 years of experience in marketing, her career began at a marketing agency and IT companies before moving into the media industry.
In her work to date, she has been involved in launching new products on the market, implementing permanent and seasonal campaigns, and conducting internal and external communication.
At OW, Izabela is responsible for both strategic marketing and operational activities in the digital realm (performance marketing, SEO, and content). She supports legal departments and a team of analysts with projects in the field of marketing law, business analysis and ESG.
Izabela believes in teamwork, data analysis and a multi-channel approach to marketing activities.
For many years, she has been fascinated with interior design and browsing through images of other people’s homes – a pastime made much easier with social media. In her free time, Izabela relaxes by listening to her ever-expanding vinyl collection, or does her best to break another personal record at the gym.
