Dominika gained her experience in law firms by participating in many economic projects, especially in the field of restructuring and bankruptcy. She has also supported medium and large entrepreneurs with comprehensive corporate advisory services.
She has extensive experience in, among other things, dealing with insolvent entities and those at risk of insolvency, has supported entrepreneurs in numerous insolvency proceedings, and has also participated in payment gridlock proceedings conducted by the OCCP as part of the fight against excessive delays in commercial transactions.
As part of her practice to date, she has carried out projects including the initiation and conduct of bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, the formation, merger and liquidation of commercial companies and the analysis and negotiation of contracts. She has also participated in the development and implementation of economic strategies and in complex civil and administrative litigation (concerning excessive payment delays of commercial transactions).
Co-author of academic publications on restructuring law.
Graduate of the A. Frycz-Modrzewski Krakow University. She also completed postgraduate studies in contract law in consumer and professional trade at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
