Cyryl specializes in business law and capital markets law. On a daily basis, he supports large and medium-sized enterprises, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
He comprehensively advises on regulatory obligations of public companies (including the MAR regulation), audit committees, transactions with related parties, and he conducts audits and training in this area.
As part of his professional work to date, he has advised, among others, during the launch of a company’s IPO on the WSE during their IPO and during a tender offer.
He is the author of expert papers, especially in the area of capital markets law.
Speaker at multiple conferences organised by the Polish Association of Listed Companies (Stowarzyszenie Emitentów Giełdowych) on disclosure obligations of public companies and regulations concerning audit committees.
A graduate of law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. He also graduated from the School of German Law at the Humboldt University in Berlin.
He provides his services also in German.
He likes spending his free time outside the city, especially while hiking or biking.
