Responsible for managing the areas of finance and controlling, including financial planning, budgeting, management reporting, and performance analysis. Supports key business decisions by combining an analytical approach with a practical understanding of operational processes, a strong focus on data quality, and financial transparency.
She has been associated with OW since 2013. She has many years of experience in finance, controlling, as well as management and operational processes. In her work, she focuses on building effective financial solutions that support organizational growth, as well as on implementing tools for process automation and the use of AI in finance and management. She is fluent in English.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, music, good cinema, and culinary experiences. She values an active lifestyle, spontaneity, and new experiences. Animals play an important role in her life, along with a strong sensitivity to their welfare and protection.
