We are thrilled to announce that we have become a new member of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK). This initiative, which has been launched over 20 years ago, brings together representatives of the PE&VC market (both investment funds and advisors). Currently, PSIK associates more than 150 entities. 

The organization and its representatives actively participate in the development of the polish PE&VC market and have a strong influence on it also from the structural side. We believe that as a member of PSIK we will also contribute to positive changes in the capital market, acting in the name of our principles of a trusted advisor. At the same time, this is another step in building our transactional (M&A) competence and the standards of professional advice we have been sharing with our clients for years.
