A specialist in M&A, business reorganizations, and transaction structuring, Andrzej Laprus joined OW at the beginning of October. With his extensive experience, he will support the legal team as a Senior Manager.

On a daily basis, Andrzej advises private clients, investment funds, domestic companies, and international capital groups. He is a lawyer recommended in the Legal500 ranking in the category of Commercial, Corporate, and M&A. He successfully combines legal expertise with business knowledge.

In his career, Andrzej has already been associated with OW, after which he spent 7 years developing his skills at Big Four companies (PwC Legal and EY Law), where he was part of M&A teams. He gained experience and played key roles in complex M&A transactions. He advised international capital groups on investment and reorganization processes and conducted numerous due diligence processes.

He has collaborated with companies from various sectors, including aviation, real estate, automotive, energy, chemicals, and retail. He has also participated in numerous capital group reorganization processes, including mergers, divisions, and transformations. This has given him a deep understanding of managing complex organizational structures and post-acquisition integration processes.
