We supported TASOMIX—one of the most modern feed mills in Poland—in its acquisition of Piast Pasze. This merger will enable Tasomix to increase its production by over 400,000 metric tons per year, thereby strengthening Tasomix’s position in the livestock feed industry.
The success of the project was made possible by the work of over 60 members of our team from more than a dozen different specializations. Over the past few months, we negotiated the documentation for the preliminary and definitive share purchase agreements, obtained merger approval from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), conducted legal, tax, real estate, and financial due diligence, and advised Tasomix on ongoing legal and tax matters related to the transaction.
