Klaudia has extensive experience in legal advisory services related to entrepreneurs. She assists start-ups as well as medium-sized and large companies, including in the IT, manufacturing and automotive sectors.
She specialises in the design and implementation processes of managerial incentive programmes, combining the business context with aspects of tax, labour, corporate and capital markets law.
She advises on corporate law, including the establishment of new companies, capital injections and personal and organisational issues (liability and replacement of board members, change of ownership structure, investment agreements, amendment of the articles of incorporation). As part of her legal services to public companies, she ensures that remuneration reporting obligations are met (remuneration policies, remuneration reports).
Klaudia assists entrepreneurs in day-to-day operations – drafting internal procedures, preparing and negotiating contracts. She has experience in litigation.
She participates in the processes of introducing entrepreneurs with foreign capital to the Polish market and the expansion of local companies to foreign markets.
She is a member of the Spanish Desk team, where she advises companies from Spanish-speaking regions.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the School of American Law, organised by the Jagiellonian University Faculty of Law in cooperation with the Columbus School of Law of the Catholic University in Washington (D.C.).
She is fluent in English and Spanish.
