Paweł specialises in legal advisory in the field of civil and commercial law and disputes arising thereunder.
He supports entrepreneurs in their day-to-day operations and represents them in court and enforcement proceedings. He has actively appeared before courts of various instances in litigation cases concerning, inter alia, contractual receivables, claims for damages, and claims for unfair competition.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroclaw with the highest GPA among graduates in the academic year 2017/2018.
He is currently preparing his doctoral dissertation at the Department of Civil Procedure at the aforementioned faculty.
Paweł is a multiple scholarship holder of the Rector of the University of Wroclaw. He was also awarded the scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding scientific achievements.
He is a laureate of many law competitions, including the 20th National Glossa Competition and the national Karierosfera competition in the field of law (2018).
Paweł is the author of more than 30 scientific publications in the field of law.
Paweł has obtained the highest result in the professional exam among the 2022 applicants at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław.
He speaks English and German.
In his spare time, Paweł is passionate about public communication, militaria and history, in particular 20th-century history. An avid stamp and sim card collector.
