Dominik Jędrak

Dominik specializes in legal and tax advisory services related to state aid, with particular emphasis on aid within Special Economic Zones / Polish Investment Zone.

For over 4 years, he worked for the Ministry of Development in the Department of Special Economic Zones, where for the last 2 years he was the head. He has participated in proceedings before the European Commission.

Dominik supervised hundreds of administrative proceedings regarding permits for conducting business activity within Special Economic Zones or decisions on support within the Polish Investment Zone.

His experience includes advising entrepreneurs operating in SEZs / PSI and obtaining government grants.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and completed Postgraduate Studies in Public Aid at the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed an internship at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the EU in Brussels.

He is fluent in English.

In his spare time, he referees indoor volleyball matches.
