Mateusz Składanowski

Mateusz specialises in legal and tax advisory services related to EU structural funds, which he has been dealing with for over 12 years. He has many years of experience in public administration, and for almost 9 years he worked on research and development (R&D) grants.

In his professional career, he has prepared tenders for the EU funds addressed to entrepreneurs and the scientific sector. He prepared the first public funding competition in Poland to finance projects of common European interest (IPCEI). He also advised entrepreneurs and research organisations on the process of applying for funds and during project implementations.

Graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law. Already during his studies, he participated in the implementation of the first EU financial perspective after the Polish accession.

Mateusz completed the Academy of Programme Managers organized by the Foundation for Polish Science, during which he had the opportunity to learn about the innovation ecosystem in Israel, the Netherlands, and Denmark.

He is fluent in English.

In his free time, he goes to the opera and watches good movies.
