He specialises in providing comprehensive services for the investment process, with a particular focus on real estate acquisition and preparation of investments for implementation. Provides advisory services on all stages of investment, from conducting due diligence on real estate to implementing investments on land acquired after examining its legal status. He offers comprehensive support in the process of creating and negotiating all types of contracts in the construction process (including FIDIC), assistance in the sale of real estate (residential and commercial premises), as well as support for the investor and general contractor during the warranty and post-warranty period.

He also drafts and negotiates commercial real estate leases, advises on obtaining financing for investment projects and actively participates in the process of negotiating and concluding investment financing agreements.

Wojciech handles litigation, particularly construction disputes, and represents contractors before the National Board of Appeals.

Experienced in supporting investors and general contractors in the implementation of dozens of construction projects, including residential, office and service projects. He was also active in projects that included warehouse and production halls, research centres, concert halls, as well as sports, public buildings (schools) or linear structures (railroad construction).

Graduate of the Faculty of Law Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław.

In his spare time, he loves to hike. He is also passionate about long bicycle trips and biographies of famous people.
