She specialises in projects related to new technologies, the construction process, and real estate trade.
She is also responsible for consulting services to Polish and international Clients on issues related to broadly defined economic, civil and labour law.
She has advised Clients on complex projects consisting in the implementation, use, development and maintenance of IT solutions, with regard to both the management of business processes in an enterprise in the on-premise and SaaS models, as well as the sale of innovative services (e.g. in the telecommunications industry). She has also conducted projects related to the creation and marketing of advanced IT products.
She also offers consulting services on real estate transactions and on construction and development processes involving contracts and administrative and legal issues related to the construction of new facilities, extension/reconstruction of existing facilities, as well as on real estate transactions. She has extensive experience in negotiating commercial warehouse, production and office space leases, as well as in real estate tax projects.
She represents Clients in disputes before common courts and administrative courts.
Apart from Polish, English is her other working language.
Legal advisor, with O&W since 2012. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław. She also studied law at the University of Ghent under the Erasmus Socrates programme and graduated from a one-year school of American law organised by Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology at the University of Wrocław.
