Joanna Lentka-Wróbel

She specializes in projects related to new technologies, digitalization, and IT.
She is involved in negotiating IT contracts, providing legal advice on electronic services, and software licensing. She advises clients on complex projects for the implementation, use, development, and maintenance of IT solutions, both for managing business processes in on-premise and SaaS models, as well as for selling innovative services (including in the telecommunications industry). She has also conducted projects related to the creation and market introduction of advanced IT products.
She also provides advisory services in real estate transactions and construction and investment processes, including contractual and administrative-legal issues related to the construction of new facilities, expansion/reconstruction of existing ones, and transactions involving real estate. She has extensive experience in negotiating commercial lease agreements for warehouse, production, and office spaces, as well as projects related to real estate taxation.
She represents clients in disputes before general courts and administrative courts.
She provides advice in English.
She is a legal advisor and has been associated with OW since 2012. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław. She also studied law at Ghent University as part of the Erasmus Socrates program and completed a year-long course in American law organized by the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, in cooperation with the University of Wrocław.
In the international ranking of The Legal 500 she was awarded in the TMT, and in 2024 in the areas of Real Estate and Construction categories.
