Specialist in data protection, cyber security, e-commerce law and intellectual property. On a daily basis, he provides services to entrepreneurs in these areas.

Gained professional experience in law firms and as an employee of the Security Department of a large Polish bank.

Implemented GDPR for a number of data controllers, including large entities in the financial sector. Member of the team responsible for implementing the DORA regulation in one of the Polish banks.

Author of numerous publications on data protection, intellectual property and e-commerce. Editor of the monograph „Wdrożenie aktu o usługach cyfrowych w e-commerce” [“Implementation of the Digital Services Act in e-commerce”] (published by C.H. Beck, 2024).

Speaker at many national and international conferences on the law of new technologies. As a lecturer, he provided training for legal advisors.

Founder and co-host of the „Prawo a nowe technologie” [“Law and New Technologies”] podcast, published by the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław.

Nominated in the 2024 Rising Stars competition organised by Wolters Kluwer.

Holder of a doctorate in legal sciences. Member of the Council of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław, Chairman of the Committee on New Technologies at the Chamber, Coordinator of the Team for New Technologies in the Judiciary at the Centre for Research, Studies and Legislation at the National Council of Legal Advisors. He was responsible for several initiatives related to the implementation of e-counselling within the self-government of legal advisors, as well as providing opinions on legislative work regarding Polish regulations in the field of new technology law.

Completed his master’s and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. Served his legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław.
