She specializes in legal advice related to M&A and venture capital transactions. She has many years of experience in providing corporate services to companies and advisory services related to their acquisition.

Her experience includes in particular advising on legal services related to M&A and VC transactions as well as ongoing corporate services for companies. She also has extensive knowledge in the field of personal data protection.

In her professional career to date she has advised, among others, large manufacturing companies, private equity and venture capital funds (including those investing with public funds), family businesses and business angels.

Samanta graduated from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.

She is fluent in English.

In her free time she plays basketball and sails.
