She specialises in issues in commercial company law and civil law. Advises on corporate matters with particular emphasis on issues of incorporation and reorganisation of companies, capital increases, reorganisation of ownership structure and liability of corporate bodies.

Supports Polish and foreign companies in their daily operations, providing comprehensive corporate services, including those related to the day-to-day functioning of company bodies. She also assists in the conclusion and negotiation of contracts in business transactions.

Possesses extensive experience in shaping remuneration policies for board members, including developing remuneration policies and preparing remuneration reports for public companies.

She supports clients in projects related to the implementation and execution of incentive programs for key personnel of companies, taking into account legal and tax aspects and capital market requirements.

Provides legal advice on selected issues in the field of labour law. As part of her past practice, she has supported employers in the implementation of employee equity plans, both in the implementation of statutory obligations and in the communication process with employees.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Wrocław. In 2025, she received the highest score on the professional exam among the passers in the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław.

Fluent English speaker.

In her spare time, she learns Dutch.
