Michał specialises in the broad investment process, including handling real estate transactions and commercialisation. He handles the construction process from both the administrative and contractual sides.

As part of the transactions he has advised on, Michał conducted numerous due diligence studies on properties, including those with service, industrial, logistics and massive agricultural production. He prepared leases for office and industrial space, and created contracts used in the construction process.

Experienced in preparing comprehensive and multifaceted feasibility and conditions-of-use studies, among others, including for such unusual investments as a railroad siding. He also advised owners of properties located in areas designated for the CPK project on compensation and expropriation issues.

Member of the team strategically advising contractors and investors in pre-litigation, multi-party construction disputes.

His experience included working in the technical division of a major telecommunications company, as well as in the real estate regulatory department of the capital’s electric distribution system operator. There, he dealt with legal services for construction projects in the field of public communications and energy (including from the environmental side), as well as issues related to real estate law (in particular, the acquisition of land for construction projects).

Trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association. He is a law graduate of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University.

Provides advisory services in Polish and English.

Enthusiast of history – in his youth helped as a volunteer at the Warsaw Uprising Museum.
