She specializes in corporate services for companies and management board members and in tax proceedings and disputes.

She deals with the development of corporate documents taking into account aspects of limiting the personal responsibility of managers and fulfilling information duties in the transactions of insiders. She supports Clients in the implementation of incentive programs and preparation of notes to financial statements, as well as represents them in court proceedings, especially in employee disputes.

Martyna successfully supports both private individuals and companies during tax and customs and treasury inspections and verification activities. She develops strategies for the taxpayer’s defense, oversees the process of collecting evidence and supports the hearing of witnesses. She also conducts proceedings before administrative courts.

Author of press publications on tax law.

A graduate of the University of Szczecin with a degree in Law and Finance and Accounting.

She also speaks English.

In her free time she travels, visits art galleries and museums.
