Martyna Gniewowska (Górecka)

Martyna specialises in advising on tax law. On a day-to-day basis, she supports entrepreneurs in fulfilling their obligations mainly in terms of income taxes.

In her professional work, she has advised organisations within the automotive industry, IT, and companies operating in the medical and clothing sectors, among others.

She has completed numerous projects concerning cross-border transactions, withholding tax (including obtaining a preference opinion), tax credits, and preferential tax treatment (implementation of R&D relief, IP Box), as well as obtaining a collateral opinion.

She also provides support in carrying out corporate restructuring (transformations, mergers, ownership changes, and others).

Martyna is a graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, and economics at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Opole. She also holds a degree in finance and accounting from the Wroclaw School of Banking.

As a legal counsel trainee, she has provided free legal assistance to war refugees from Afghanistan and the Ukraine. She is a member of the Committee for Education and Promotion of the Profession operating at the Opole Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers.

She also advises in English.

Privately a Formula 1 fan, she devotes her free time to roller-skating, books, and good music.
