Martyna specializes in ESG and sustainable development advisory. She supports domestic and foreign companies in ESG analyses. She participates in the planning of ESG strategy, implementation of regulations, materiality analysis, data aggregation, and the preparation of the final non-financial report. She also conducts training in the area of ESG. She has in-depth knowledge of EU regulations, reporting standards, and current trends.
On a day-to-day basis, she supports entrepreneurs in their daily operations, in particular in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing contracts commonly used in business transactions. She provides legal advice in the fields of business, commercial and civil law.
She also provides comprehensive corporate services to limited liability companies, supporting clients in the development and implementation of internal regulations and the preparation of documentation related to the closing of the financial year.
She participates in projects related to the introduction of investors with foreign capital (mainly from the area of German-speaking countries) to the Polish market.
She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdansk. She also graduated from the School of German Law, operating within the University of Gdansk and the University of Cologne. She completed her legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wroclaw. She holds an Approved ESG Officer certificate issued by the Compliance Institute.
She also advises in German, co-creating the German Desk team.
Privately, a fan of traveling, a healthy lifestyle, yoga, and recently, windsurfing.
