Specialist in tax advisory services, particularly in the field of corporate income tax.

In his previous professional work, he has carried out projects concerning, among other things, withholding tax (including obtaining opinions on the application of preferences) or corporate services for companies. Marcin has also advised on restructuring, both for individual entrepreneurs and for medium-sized and large companies.

On a day-to-day basis, he provides advisory services on tax planning and tax risk management, and helps implementing solutions in the organisation to ensure that tax obligations are properly met. He also acts as an intermediary between the taxpayer and the tax authorities.

Additionally, he supports businesses in complying with their tax scheme reporting (MDR) obligations, and carries out projects on, among other things, implementing MDR procedures and carrying out analyses and reviews for tax schemes.

Graduate in law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics and in tax postgraduate studies at the University of Wrocław.

He gained his experience in tax consultancy firms and tax authorities.
