Magda specialises in commercial and labour law. In her day-to-day work she advises medium-sized and large enterprises, including foreign capital entities – mainly from the manufacturing, e-commerce and IT sectors.
She has broad experience in establishing commercial law companies and reorganising capital structures, including those related to changing the ownership structure. She advises on the process of closing the financial year.
Magda deals with comprehensive corporate consulting. She supports entrepreneurs in current activities, particularly in the implementation of internal corporate documents for Management Boards and Supervisory Boards.
She provides ongoing advisory to HR departments. She has participated in reviews of employee documentation, particularly internal sources of labour law. She deals with systemic implementation of new regulations and contract templates.
Magda graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroclaw. She completed her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław.
She also advises in English.
Privately, Magda is a fan of non-fiction books and loves dancing.
