At the same time, she combines her knowledge of data protection with years of experience in HR consulting and labour law.
Ludmiła’s specialisation is a unique combination of broad and comprehensive experience in data protection and information security law, HR law and TMT. This allows her to lead and oversee projects at the intersection of different areas, as well as innovative ones that require a customised and comprehensive approach.
She advises businesses on any issue related to data protection law and information security. Experienced in leading strategic projects, including but not limited to the design and implementation of data flow for international capital groups.
One of her key areas of activity is crisis consulting. In this regard, she supports clients in the event of critical data protection violations by planning corrective actions and representing them in proceedings before the supervisory authority and in courts.
She aims to provide clients with advice that takes into account a broader context. That’s why Ludmiła implements and oversees information security projects, including those related to the comprehensive safeguarding of company secrets in areas involving contractors and employees.
She has extensive experience in implementing tools to ensure the right level of cyber security. Advises entrepreneurs on the use of new technologies in the enterprise. Supports them by analysing and creating policies and all internal documentation related to the protection of trade secrets, strategic agreements with contractors, employees and associates.
Independently, Ludmiła specialises in HR law in its broadest sense. She advises clients on both strategic projects and through ongoing support in ensuring compliance with labour law requirements.
The projects she particularly enjoys are at the intersection of HR law and new technologies – especially those related to the introduction of innovative solutions in HR departments.
Ludmiła has extensive training experience in both information security and HR law.
She has completed dozens of audits and due diligence studies for clients.
She is the author of numerous articles related to data protection law and HR law, and a speaker at many industry conferences.
