On a daily basis, she provides comprehensive services to medium and large entities (including those with foreign capital), operating mainly in the manufacturing industry. She specializes in the field of personal data protection, company law, corporate law and labour law.

She participated in a number of audits concerning personal data processing and in projects of comprehensive implementation of correct rules of personal data processing in entrepreneurs (including the GDPR). She conducts trainings on personal data protection law.

She has extensive and practical experience in restructuring projects (transformations, mergers) and legal due diligence reviews.

Katarzyna supports the negotiation and execution of agreements commonly used in business transactions. She represents entrepreneurs in court proceedings.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. Since 2019 she has been entered on the list of legal advisors of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors.

She also advises in English.
