Specialises in a wide range of day-to-day legal advisory services, particularly in the field of business law for large capital companies.

She comprehensively supports procurement departments of entrepreneurs in the manufacturing and automotive industries with international capital. Participates in both, the process of individual contract negotiation and the strategic design of contractual standards in areas such as warranty and guarantee, among others.

Supports exporters and importers in implementing domestic and international sanctions compliance obligations. Responsible for verification of contractors, as well as personal and commodity sanctions, to establish business cooperation with due diligence to comply with sanctions.

She advises both investors and general contractors on construction contracts, including investors’ joint and several liability for payment of subcontractors’ remuneration, performance security and warranty claims, copyrights in construction documentation, waiver of construction contracts, and contractual penalties and other claims related to the construction process.

Represents participants in the investment process in court, pursuing claims related to the performance and settlement of construction contracts. Participates in the development of amicable solutions to disputes, both in conciliation and mediation, as well as at the pre-court stage.

Graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice and a scholarship holder of the Erazmus Plus program at Lisbon’s Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

She completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

Provides advisory services in Polish and English.
