Joanna specialises in legal advice related to day-to-day services for entrepreneurs (primarily with foreign capital), particularly in the area of civil law, business law, commercial company law and labour law. On a daily basis, she participates in the preparation and negotiation of contracts commonly used in business transactions.
She has gained professional experience by supporting investors with foreign capital in establishing and conducting business in Poland and by representing business entities in court proceedings concerning private international law issues.
She has experience in drafting and implementing internal labour law regulations (including cross-border issues). She has supported HR departments and conducted labour law litigation.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Faculty of European Law of the Viadrina University in Frankfurt (Oder), where she also holds an LL.M. She also completed postgraduate executive master of business administration studies.
She is fluent in German and English, and is part of the German Desk team.
Privately, she is a fan of travel, music, non-fiction and long-distance running.
