Ewa Pabian

Ewa specialises in providing legal advice on international labour mobility, as well as labour law in the broadest sense. She also advises on corporate law and contract law.
She’s an expert in immigration law. On a daily basis, she deals with the legalisation of stay and work of foreigners in Poland. She also participates in projects related to the development and implementation of optimal models for the secondment of employees and the employment of foreigners in companies with foreign capital.
She supports HR departments in both day-to-day counselling and strategic projects. She participates in the drafting of numerous internal employment, remuneration or remote working regulations. She also has experience in the area of collective labour law and collective dismissals.
Ewa takes part in conducting due diligence studies, in particular in the field of labour law. She is also involved in projects on the borderline between labour law, social security law and tax law. Among other things, she deals with the implementation of the principles of the application of the author’s deductible costs in companies.
She supports clients at the stage of negotiating, concluding and executing commercial contracts, as well as advises on day-to-day business operations.
Co-organises training sessions and webinars for HR departments.
Legal trainee at the Regional Council of Attorneys in Warsaw. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. As an Erasmus scholarship holder, she also studied at the University of Lisbon.
She advises in Polish and English.
In her free time, she escapes from the hustle and bustle of the city to the mountains, most often to the Tatra Mountains. She is an amateur singer and plays instruments – guitar, ukulele and kalimba.
