Bartosz specialises in business law, contract law, commercial company law and capital market law. On a daily basis, he supports large and medium-sized entrepreneurs, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
He comprehensively advises in the area of regulatory obligations of public companies with particular emphasis on corporate governance and the functioning of supervisory boards, management boards and general meetings.
Supports Polish and foreign entrepreneurs with ongoing services in the area of corporate and contract law.
As part of his past work, he has advised joint-stock companies, including listed companies, on corporate disputes (including proceedings to challenge a resolution of the general meeting and the appointment of a special auditor for a public company), share issues, related party transactions, regulatory obligations and the implementation of corporate governance principles.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University and from the School of German Law established by Jagiellonian University, Ruprecht-Karl University in Heidelberg and Johann Gutenberg University in Mainz.
He advises in English and German.
