For more than a dozen years, she has specialised in legal advice to the energy sector, with a particular focus on renewable energy sources (RES).

Supports investors, developers and energy companies in the implementation of projects including wind farms, photovoltaic farms, energy storage, biogas plants and biomethane plants. Advises at every stage of investment – from conception, permitting and the administrative process, to project acquisitions, implementation and operation.

Possesses extensive experience in due diligence of RES projects, structuring investment deals and negotiating key agreements, including leases, joint ventures, EPCs and O&M.

Regularly advises on energy infrastructure development projects, taking into account regulatory and administrative aspects.

In her work, she combines legal knowledge with a practical approach to business, helping clients to successfully and safely implement energy projects.

She is the author of numerous publications, including the books “Proces inwestycyjno-budowlany dla instalacji OZE” (“Investment and construction process for RES installations”) (C.H. BECK, 2019, 2023) and “Decyzje środowiskowe. Opinie i uzgodnienia” (“Environmental Decisions. Opinions and Agreements”) (C.H. BECK, 2018, 2020, 2024). Also publishes in trade magazines and energy portals.

Provides advisory services in Polish and English.

A graduate of the University of Wrocław, where she obtained her master’s degree in law and administration. Erasmus scholarship holder at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. Member of the Regional Chamber of District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław.

When possible, she spends her free time in the mountains, exploring the lesser-known parts of the Sudeten Mountains with her dog.
