She specializes in tax law advisory, with a particular focus on corporate income tax (CIT). She effectively combines legal and tax expertise, drawing on extensive experience in civil and corporate law.
She advises on the implementation and settlement of tax relief projects, with particular emphasis on the R&D tax relief. She supports clients both in the preparation of documentation and in assessing the eligibility of costs and tax risks associated with the use of tax incentives.
She has broad, hands-on experience in corporate restructuring projects (including transformations and mergers), as well as in projects involving changes in ownership structures (including cross-border transactions) and in the area of family foundations.
She supports clients in the analysis and reporting of tax schemes (MDR) and in the design and implementation of internal compliance procedures.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.
She also provides legal advice in English.
