Anna Bednarska

Anna specialises in legal advice related to day-to-day services for entrepreneurs with both Polish and foreign capital. She is part of the team providing services to German-speaking clients - the German desk.

She has experience in business law, civil law and labour law. She provides services in preparing, negotiating and executing contracts commonly used in business transactions. She also represents clients in court disputes.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University in Kraków with a law degree. She is a graduate of the School of German Law, a programme organised in cooperation with the Universities of Heidelberg and Mainz. Participant of the MOST programme at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.

She gained experience in law firms operating in Kraków and Warsaw, as well as in the legal department of a foreign company in Barcelona. She also completed an internship at the Ministry of National Education.

She provides legal services in Polish, English and German.

In her free time, she travels.
