Expert in the area of mergers and acquisitions, conducting strategic legal projects for the largest Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, capital groups, as well as investment funds. Prior to returning to the OW Group in 2024 (with which he was previously associated), he gained experience in BIG4 law firms (PwC Legal and EY Law) for 7 years.

With his broad experience in M&A processes, Andrzej effectively advises on every stage of such transactions – from their planning to their structuring and effective implementation. In his career, he has worked with entities from a wide range of sectors, including energy, automotive, IT, hospitality or related to retail and heavy industry.

In addition to advising on transactions, he assists capital groups with investment structuring processes, as well as their reorganisation from this perspective. In addition, he has experience in servicing investment funds and entities in the RES industry.

He is also involved in advising private clients.

Graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and legal counsel to the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Kraków.

He is fluent in English.
