His experience primarily includes advising on projects related to the establishment of companies, the restructuring and digitalisation of businesses, and the fulfilment of reporting obligations, particularly those related to the closing of the fiscal year.

Also provides comprehensive corporate consulting services. Supports entrepreneurs in day-to-day operations, particularly in implementing internal corporate documents, carrying out ownership changes and verifying beneficial owners. Organises qualified electronic signatures for members of bodies and owners of companies.

Speaker at trainings and workshops in the area of business law and related to the implementation of electronic tools in the organisation, in particular e-Doręczenia [e-Delivery] and electronic employee documentation.
