Agnieszka specialises in matters related to labour law. She mainly advises medium and large business entities, including those with foreign capital, mainly in the manufacturing and e-commerce sectors.
On a daily basis, she provides day-to-day support to HR departments with regard to employee remuneration, working time planning and settlement, establishment and termination of employment, anti-discrimination rules, non-competition and confidentiality rules. She participates in the implementation of work regulations, remuneration, remote working rules, as well as dress code policies and other internal regulations.
Agnieszka also advises on civil law forms of cooperation, including B2B agreements. She assists in drafting and negotiating contracts and represents clients in court proceedings, including labour law proceedings. She also advises in the course of labour inspections.
She has experience in advising doctors and medical entities on medical law. She has also supported medical entities in planning and managing their employment structure.
Agnieszka graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia and postgraduate studies in medical law and bioethics at Jagiellonian University.
She advises in French and English.
Agnieszka spends her free time dancing and skiing in winter. Outside of sports, she is a dog lover and a fan of detective stories.
