Comprehensive assistance in employment matters, including hiring and termination, working time, remuneration, benefits, holidays, health and safety, workplace accidents, internal regulations, policies and other internal documents, audits, HR-related contracts.
Employer transactions and restructurings
Securing employment-related aspects of restructuring processes within capital groups. Conducting pre-transaction audits and supporting post-transaction integration and workplace transfers.
Employment and remuneration models
Designing optimal employment models and advising on diversified forms of employment (e.g., management contracts, B2B), remuneration restructuring, temporary employment, and employee outsourcing. We also advise in regards to employee incentive programs.
Trade unions and employee representatives
Cooperation with trade unions, works councils, and other employee representation bodies. We help prevent collective disputes and, if necessary, manage them. We also advise in regards to collective bargaining and group layoffs.
Inspections by Labor Inspectorate (PIP), Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and other authorities
Preparation, prevention, and representation during inspections (e.g., by PIP and ZUS), as well as representation in disputes with authorities.
Taxes and social security contributions in employment
Advisory on employment-related tax issues and social security contributions. We also provide support in scope of other public law obligations and represent employers before relevant authorities.
